This is a blend of 8–12 different varietals, including such oddballs as Refosco and Freisa, along with Zin, Carignan, Tempranillo, some Cabs—in other words, it’s a kitchen sink wine. Spicy and peppery, with firm acids under a forward mélange of red fruit flavors.
