The Hellion is half Primitivo, one-third Petite Sirah and the rest Zinfandel. A lively mix of berry, citrus and tree fruit flavors, it’s plush, forward and full across the palate. It starts out beautifully, then falls a little flat coming into the home stretch. The finish shows some heat and a hint of milk chocolate.
