This is Bacchus vineyard fruit, as per normal – these vines are something like 35 years old. It’s all stainless-steel fermented, aged on the lees and finished at 13% alcohol. Fruit flavors of peach and pineapple fill the mouth with round, lightly spicy flavors. It’s ripe but not sweet, tart but not too citrusy. Good balance and texture through the finish.
