There is an exuberance to the nose of this bottling, with peach and apple blossoms, honeysuckle, cherimoya and nearly a tropical, banana-like scent. Yet it tightens up nicely on the sip, where pithy apple flesh, Meyer lemon tang and Asian pear flesh combine for a zesty palate.
