The winery’s take on the grape produces a wine reminiscent of an orange wine, or perhaps a particularly striking rosé, though it’s labeled as simply white. It’s a coppery cherry hue, bone dry, with fruit flavors of dried cherry. Broad and lightly oxidized, it packs a lot of punch, and may be served lightly chilled. Drink now through 2018.
