This Syrah shows ripe blackberry, mulberry and currant flavors, plus notes of smoked meat, charred bone, anise and black pepper. With firm tannins and fine minerality, this clonal Syrah has great structure. It’s terrific to drink now after some time in a decanter, and it can also age for 6–8 more years.
