Named after the city of Evora, capital of Alentejo and close to the winery, this is a finely made impressive wine. While it is rich, it’s ripe, smooth and packed with berry fruits as well as balanced tannins. It is still developing and although it can be drunk soon, it will be better aged for several more years. Ideally, wait until 2018.
