So dry and acidic that it comes as a surprise how ripe in fruit it is. Apricots, tangerines, limes and peaches are the fruits, along with a granite-like minerality. There’s also lots of new French oak. The Califa Selection is a block selection that shows particular purity. Drink now–2015.
