A spectacular B&B château is the backdrop for this 100% Sauvignon (Blanc and Gris). The wine has a strongly herbal character with its tense acidity and citrus flavors. It is still developing its even more fruity side, bringing out apple and green-plum flavors. Drink from late 2016. Owned by Groupe Bolian since 2013.
