This is off dry with a soft, rounded character. A warm touch of spice and toast rounds out the tangy fruit. Peppered orange and green plums are laced with acidity. It needs to all come together, so drink from 2016. The chateau’s consulting winemaker is Stéphane Derenoncourt.
