With 12% Sémillon in the blend, this is a lovely, fresh, almost exuberant Sauvignon Blanc. Bracing and textural, with good varietal character but no excessive herbaceousness, it’s loaded with fruit flavors of melon, grapefruit, kiwi and apple. A fine mix of precision and length.
