This attractive, citrus-driven blend of Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc comes from an estate created by the Knights Templar in the 13th century. It owes a lot to the Sauvignon in its tight herbal character. Lemon and grapefruit fruits are filled out with more exotic pineapple and mango flavors. The wine is a little young to drink now so try waiting until late 2016.
