This Syrah shows the massively extracted flavors that mark Constant’s Napa Valley Cabernets. Such an approach works for Cabernet, but on this Syrah, it seems clumsy. It’s extraordinarily powerful in blackberry jam, milk chocolate and spice flavors, but it’s a little heavy.
