A strong effort from Vavasour’s second label, the 2008 Dashwood SB features vibrant aromas of crushed tomato leaf and hints of jalapeño and flavors of green tomato and gooseberry. It’s medium in body and slightly creamy in texture, with a crisp, fruit-driven finish.
