This is a very rich, oaky Chardonnay, ripe and forward in the California style. Although it’s dry, it’s so fruity and honeyed, it’s almost like a dessert wine. Swamps the palate with pineapple jam, buttered toast and vanilla cream flavors, which are nicely balanced with crisp acidity.
