Subtlety paints an emergent nose of lemon zest and honeysuckle, given richness with dollops of cream. It’s light and airy on the palate, but flavorful with lychee, roasted nuts, sea salt and buttered popcorn, ending in an oak-kissed finish. This will be fun to track over the years, so drink 2018–2022.
