Frank Cornelissen doesn’t like Malvasia, nor does he like Inzolia. Therefore he added 20% Nerello Mascalese and decided to make a rosé instead. Copper-colored Susucaru offers aromas of butterscotch and ripe melon over resin and maple syrup. In the mouth, you’ll feel slight tannic firmness. Only 900 bottles are made.
