Flavor wasn’t a problem with this Pinot, which comes from a great vineyard. It floods the mouth with raspberries and cherries. There’s also lots of oak influence, in the form of buttered toast and sweet wood sap. What it lacks in subtlety it more than makes up for in fancy deliciousness.
