This is one of Iron Horse’s sweeter sparkling wines. There’s a sugary edge to the raspberry, strawberry, lime and orange flavors. But it’s not too sweet, and there’s plenty of balancing acidity. The blend is 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay.
