One of Mikael Sigouin’s single-vineyard studies, this shows sandalwood, rose petals and juicy berries on the nose. It’s ripe yet restrained on the palate, with plump red berries that pull back before being too juicy, with licorice spice and plum skin bitterness on the edges.
