This is a big, strong Cabernet, flooding the mouth with intensely ripe blackberry, cassis liqueur, dark chocolate and white pepper flavors. It’s tannic and acidic, and the oak hasn’t been integrated at all with the fruit. Everything should begin to come together by 2017.
