This is a beautiful Syrah that’s dry and full bodied, with dense, concentrated blackberry, cassis, smoked meat and cracked black pepper flavors. It’s really gorgeous, but very young, with hard tannins. Give it up to six years in the cellar, before the fruit starts to fade away.
