Peppery berry fruit is the joyful, dominating factor here. Nose and palate simply burst with spicy fruit. There is some grippy tannin as a counterweight. Wonderful freshness against oaky vanilla provides a subtle, understated nuance. There is absolute elegance despite the exuberance.
