New oak dominates this young wine, with vanilla-accented buttered toast and smoky aromas. Underneath the wood are strong, complex flavors of raspberries, cherries, licorice, cola and Asian spices. With fine tannins and acidity, it seems to be a natural for the cellar. Hold until after 2011.
