This electric-pink rosé of Syrah opens with aromas of yeast, chewing gum and pie cherry. The palate is on the full side, but it’s not flabby or awkward. Citric flavors are more generic than specific, while this finishes with a burst of preserving acidity and then a lasting note of spent yeast.
