David Potter continues to lead the way for underused varieties, and this bottling shows why more should bravely walk that path. Fresh-pressed plum, underripe strawberry, fennel and licorice aromas lead into a palate full of Christmas spice and plum sauce flavors. Although not incredibly complex, it’s unique, fun and perfect for a sunny day.
