This blend of 40% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 20% Mourvèdre starts with very cohesive aromas of fresh-pressed blackberry and slight fudge. The palate is extremely powerful in overripe flavors of black currant, Concord grape and milk chocolate, finishing with a wash of strong acidity. It’s very juicy and approachable, but a tad sweet.
