Modest apple and citrus aromas are clean and pleasant, and the same can be said of the flavors, which add hints of melon to the mix. The wine is plump and round in the mouth, but finishes long and crisp. This is a solid effort from this négociant house, which has never been a favorite here. Let’s hope it’s a positive indicator for the future.
