The nose on this blend of Gewurztraminer and Macabeo defines neutral; it’s clean but shows little more than a whiff of apple. The palate is fresh and quick moving, with mild peach, pear, apple and melon flavors that culminate in a solid finish that’s not very exciting but doesn’t stray.
