Very jammy on the nose with fig and blackberry, this bottling of all the primary Bordeaux grapes except Cabernet Franc also shows aromatic hints of maple and bacon fat. It’s very full on the sip, with chalky, mouthcoating tannins and flavors of black cherry, cola and cocoa.
