Stewed dark strawberry, cocoa, rust, muddy earth, crushed rocks and fennel brush show on the nose of this blend of 45% Grenache, 35% Mourvèdre, 17% Syrah and 3% Cinsault. Once sipped, flavors of red plum, mulberry and strawberry-balsamic reduction are prominent though delicate, edged with grippy tannins and touches of bittersweet chocolate.
