Few wineries in Central Otago devote much time or energy to Sauvignon Blanc, so it’s nice to try one on occasion. This is pungent and boxwood-like on the nose, but the flavors are less aggressive, more white grapefruit and celery stalk. There’s ample weight and a crisp, refreshing finish.
