A flamboyant Cabernet. Flavors of blackberry jam, currants, mocha and sweet, smoky oak flood the mouth. Fortunately, they’re controlled by firm tannins. The sweetness is partly from the glycerine of high alcohol. Drink over the next few years with a great steak.
