With flavors of wild blackberry and cherry, pepper, cinnamon, currant and heady cassis, this is a classic example of warm-climate Zin. It’s high in alcohol and a little soft, but it is delicious. Serve it at a barbeque with burgers, ribs, chops, chicken and sausages.
