This is a pleasantly sweet bubbly. There’s a honeyed, sugary edge to the citrus, tropical fruit, spice, vanilla and toast flavors, and the bubbles are smooth and fine. The majority grape is Flora, a cross between Sémillon and Gewürztraminer.
