Aromas of dry herbs, plum and raspberry come with a medicinal note of Band-Aid. This feels chunky almost to the point of being lazy, while earthy, baked black-fruit flavors are slightly salty. This Bobal holds firm on the finish, which is meaty in texture but herbal and medicinal in flavor.
