Marianne’s is made from Syrah grapes grown in the vineyard of the same name, the grapes pressed and resulting juice fermented on its own, making for a relatively meaty style of rosé, dry, with aromas of tart raspberry and an almost apricot fuzz, Sauvignon Blanc quality. Pair with stinky cheeses.
