Coming from the Stone Corral Vineyard, this wine tends toward the browner side of the scent spectrum, with roasted root vegetables, baking spice and a bit of anise. It’s dainty on the palate, but strong in flavors of mocha, licorice, ripe raspberry and beet juice, proving brightly acidic and a tad more tannic than similar wines of this vintage.
