This Central Coast offering is sly and crafty, with a pretty cola and herb nose, a fine not-too-extracted color, and a supple mouthfeel. It has California richness, as it should, but also a reserved way about it. Sizable amounts of cinnamon, vanilla and oak are found on the persistent fadeaway. Smooth enough to be drunk now.
