This is a very good dry Gewürztraminer that’s laden in jasmine and honey, extremely perfumed on the nose, and light and crisp on the palate. With a suggestion of vanilla on the finish, it’s a balanced white, ready to be enjoyed with a salad dressed with figs and goat cheese.
