Vignobles Berthier 2013 Domaine des Clairneaux (Sancerre)

So light in color, this Pinot Noir is almost a rosé. The texture and structure, though, are definitely of a red wine. Firm tannins give a backbone to the red cherry fruitiness and fresh acidity. It’s still young so keep this wine until 2016.
