This blend of 42% Viognier, 42% Roussanne, 8% Sémillon and 8% Riesling from Edna Valley and Paso Robles would be great to sip on the porch during a sunny afternoon. Chamomile, poached Asian pear, white peach and light honey aromas show on the nose. The palate tightens up a bit, with hints of honey, pear and baked apple set against a pithy structure.
