Cadaretta’s production of this popular blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon seems to have tripled in this vintage, and the wine has lost some of its depth. It’s crisp and edgy, with spicy highlights around light flavors of celery, pepper, jicama, cucumber and lemon.
