Initially, this rosé made from free-run Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon juice smells sulfuric and gaseous, but with time it turns more plump and fruity. This is blocky and chunky on the palate, with yeasty, wheaty plum flavors. A scattered, bitter tasting finish with mustard notes closes it out.
