Although this includes only 3% Viognier, it’s apparent from the musky hints of gingery spice on the nose. Ginger, nasturtium and melon flavors round out an expansive mouthfeel. It’s odd—especially in a lineup of more traditional Sem-Sauvs—but not unpleasant. Drink now.
